PRE-STARTERS

Prawn Crackers & homemade chilli sauce

STARTERS

(each guest will be served with all three starters)

Roti Jala (with chicken curry)
Roti means bread and Jala means net is a Malaysian delicacy dipped in rich chicken curry sauce

Satay
Chicken marinated in fresh herbs and spices served with ketupat (pressed rice), cucumber, onions and homemade peanut sauce

Cucur Udang
Bean sprouts, chives, prawns in a turmeric batter served with cucumber, tofu and chilli sauce

VEGETARIAN STARTERS

Roti Jala

Gado-Gado
Vegetable salad potatoes, green beans, bean sprout, spinach, tofu and egg with a spicy homemade peanut sauce

Popia
Crispy pastry parcel with tofu, bean sprout, carrot and shitake mushroom filling served with chilli sauce

MAINS (to be shared)

All mains will be served with a choice of either Jasmine or our festive aromatic rice, Nasi Minyak

Beef Rendang
Classic traditional Beef Rendang braised with lemon grass, galanggal, dried chilli, kaffir lime leaves and spices

Ayam Panggang Berempah
Roasted spiced chicken breast cooked with raisins and almonds

Udang Masak Lemak Rebung
Prawns cooked with coconut milk, chilli and bamboo shoots

Sayur Goreng
Stir fried bean sprouts, chives & tofu with chilli

VEGETARIAN MAINS

Malay Vegetable Korma
Selection of vegetables cooked with spices and coconut milk

Dalca
Dhal curry cooked in coconut milk with vegetables and spices

Tahu & Tempe Goreng
Stir fried tofu and tempe (bean curd) with green beans, potatoes and chilli

DESSERTS

(choose from one of the following)

Chocolate Lempeng Pisang
Delicious chocolate and banana pancake served with exotic fruits

Pisang Goreng
Banana fried in a crispy light batter with caramel sauce served with or without ice cream

Roasted Pineapple
Roasted spiced pineapple served with ice cream
